The UTC will provide a varied programme of enrichment including activities that complement students’ technical and general learning, such as activities that develop their interests including STEM Clubs, Young Enterprise, CREST Awards, GreenPower racing, VEX Robotics  and opportunities for accreditation of additional technical or general interest areas, e.g. via the Duke of York Technical Award. Our enrichment activities are optional and are offered 5 days a week, during term time, at the end of each day.

The post-16 curriculum enrichment activities provide an important bridge into the world of employment, apprenticeships, FE and HE and enable students to develop skills and insights that will equip them for the next steps in their educational/career journey.

Students have access to sporting provision both in all year groups, through a range of enrichment sessions not limited to football, yoga and table tennis. All students also have the option of joining the Peterborough College gym located on the same campus.

Below are just some of the enrichment options that are available.
